This Privacy Policy for Eduverse, Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share (“process”) your personal information when you use Verstage or visit verstage.app (together, the “Services”).

Information you provide. When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and a password (which we store only in hashed form). If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details — we do not store your full card number.

Content you create. We process the content you enter into the Services, including trackers, stage names, notes, and file attachments, and the email addresses of recipients you choose to share trackers with.

We do not collect information about you from third parties, and we do not process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

We process your information to: create and secure your account and authenticate you; provide and operate the Services; send transactional email such as sign-in links, notifications, and account messages; process subscription payments; respond to your requests and provide support; and comply with our legal obligations.

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us operate the Services (see Section 9), each under a contract that limits their use of the data to providing their service to us. We may also share information in connection with a business transfer, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we will not do so in the future.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain the security and basic functionality of the Services. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process it, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not immediately possible (for example, because it is held in backups), securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You access the Services at your own risk and should do so within a secure environment.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, to obtain a copy of it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You may review or update much of your information directly in your account settings, or contact us at contact@verstage.app to exercise your rights.

If you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access and obtain a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We rely on a small number of providers to deliver the Services. Each processes data only as necessary to perform its function, under a data-processing agreement with us. We do not authorize any provider to use your data for its own marketing.

Supabase — authentication, database hosting, file storage, and row-level security (account credentials and all platform data). Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions (billing and payment details). Resend — transactional email delivery (recipient email addresses and message content). Vercel — hosting and content delivery for verstage.app (standard server request logs, including visitor IP addresses). Google — optional OAuth sign-in (email address and identity token from your Google account).

If we engage a new provider that will process personal information, we will update this section before that provider is used.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice or sending a direct notification.
